Alanna is a true leader of people, equality and change. Alanna is a passionate and well recognised leader in health and safety for the way she is actively empowering thousands of professionals and driving rapid change for females to bring their best selves to work. Whether working in corporate HR delivering large scale redundancy programs to being helicoptered into the jungle of Papua New Guinea, her sense of humour and human-centred approach has stood her apart from other leaders in her field.


As a working mum, Alanna is all too familiar in the art of juggling change, conflict and sacrifice however always stands true in her values. It is these values that have seen her grow a community of over 2000 health and safety professional members in Australia and New Zealand as well as work with multiple national and international brands to drive health and safety change.
