About the event

This session explores the realities of leading wellbeing in operational, frontline, and high-risk work environments where physical demands, fatigue, mental health pressures, and workplace culture all influence how workers experience safety and wellbeing.

Rather than focusing only on wellbeing programs or awareness campaigns, the session will examine what genuinely supports workforce wellbeing in blue-collar environments, from leadership behaviours and operational pressures through to psychosocial risk, fatigue, trust, and team culture.

The discussion will explore how organisations can create practical, sustainable approaches to wellbeing that work in the real world and support both people and performance.
