Her tenure as the lead Human Factors (HF) / Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) advisor for Chevron Australia is marked by her significant contributions to redesigning safety strategies based on HOP principles.  Zoë's approach is deeply rooted in involving those closest to the work to solve safety and performance challenges. Her innovative methods, including the implementation of learning teams and leadership coaching, have consistently driven improved outcomes.  Currently consulting with various organizations, Zoë is passionate about challenging traditional safety approaches and applying contemporary ideas that have been tested and proven in real-world settings. She focuses on practical solutions, learning from both successes and failures, and is eager to share her journey and insights with you.
