WHSQ Update from Lawyers

We have seen the soft approach led by the Regulator over the years, and it is safe to say we are seeing a shift in this. We have seen the WHS Prosecutor appointed and a change in the 'fine first' approach.

MinterEllison Lawyers and Women in Safety are partnering together to bring you an update on what is going on, how do we manage it going forward and what can we expect.

Don't be caught out, come and learn/be reminded of what the Regulator's powers are and we can ride the wave of change together!

Only limited seats to this evening event.
